I'm tired of dieting.. But I'm gonna keep doing it. I have to keep telling myself that losing this weight would actually pay off a lot in the end... because I'm not feeling any motivation.
Don't know how much weight I gained or lost since the last update, but I will weigh myself next week. Wasn't consistent with my calorie intake a couple times last week, but now I'm back on track these past three days.
Didn't do much exercising besides power walking, but I'll take care of that next week too. But I'm drinking a lot more water, and controlling my calorie intake. Feeling down in the dumps today. :/
