yesterday was my rest day away from gym I'd I would've know I wouldn't have made it today I would've went yesterday but having to pick a baby up at midnight and being up all night while the mama was getting treated and still have baby all day today so no gym for two days straight and a super high carb sugar day so so bad we'll see the damage tomorrow when I weigh in just no willpower against sweets so much junk today
