Ok so i started my Frequensea supplement today and im so excited! I used to take it before and it really helped me with having more energy and feeling healthier. Im taking 1 oz a day every A.M. to start. Id love to take more but since its kinda coslty I cant really afford to right now. I feel like i have lost more weight, but im forcing myself not to weigh everyday. Only maybe 1-2 times a week max. Ive lost 5 lbs last time i checked so hopefully im still on a loosing streak lol. :)
