Hello,
I just wanted to clear some things up about me raising my weight goal to 170. I thought about it and I feel that this will be a good weight for my body frame. I am '5 91/2". I have room to store weight and it not show. The pictue you see wasn't taken years ago, it was taken last month.Do I look over 200lbs? I didn't change it because 160 wasn't reachable. We all know that we can do anything we put our minds to. 10lbs isn't going to make a big of a difference anyway. If you really look at it, you can lose or gain 10lbs and still be the same size as far as clothing. I remember losing weight and I had gotten down to 156lbs when I realized that I was gaining weight the scale read 168 and I could still fit my clothes. I figure why get down to 160 when 170 is going to give me the same results.
Anyway Guys, I just wanted to clear some things up for some of us who thought that my reason for changing my weight was other than me knowing that I will look OK at 170lbs.

No you look great! You don't even look like you need to lose any weight...you're so lucky to have that height! I'm jealous!!! LOL. You already look wonderful!!!

I think it's fine that you changed your goal. Right now my intial goal is 230, but my ultimate goal is going to be about 160. I'm the same height as you and I hide my weight quite well. Lol, I'm a bit of the opposite mind, though. I feel that if I look the same at 160 as I do at 170, I should get my weight down as far as I can because it'll be easier if any weight creeps back on or for when I have more children or just as I age. However, I had initially had a goal of about 140 becasue a healthy BMI for my height is 130-160, but I realized after calculating my body fat% that a weight of 160+ would most likely be better for me as I have a lot of lean body mass(blood, muscle, bones, organs). Personally, I plan on staying on Induction until I get down to about 200 or 180 (or until I just can't stand Induction anymore!) and then move onto OWL and then when I'm around 165, move onto the pre-maintenance phase. If for some reason when I hit 180 I'm feeling pretty well about myself, I may decide to go on pre-maintenance sooner or possibly if I feel I'd look better even thinner, say 140 or 150, I'll stay on OWL longer-term. You look beautiful as I have said before. I am 5'9 and my goal is 165. There are plenty of sites on the web that will tell you what your goal weight should be. Just remember that we are TALL so when it asks you what your body type is, we are BIG! We can't help it. I know it is a bad word to use, but we are. Anyway, you look hot so stay strong and don't feel the need to explaine yourself to us. We've got your back anyway!
