I have been treating my body like crap! I have been eating tons of junk that I normaly wouldn't eat, because I knew once I started my diet I wouldn't be able to eat that stuff. So today I started Fat Flush Plan again. I am happy to have control and not worrying about what I can and can not have. I did this diet before, so I already know what I am allowed to eat. I just hope I stick with it through phase 3! I am having surgery on my foot this week so I will have to be careful about eating to much. I will try to exercise as much as I can.
