Really busy at work. No change in weight loss but my clothes fit better so I am not really stressing it. I am not as sick as I was...I feel much better. I have added exercise again and am back to following the diet. I may have to go back to phase one for a couple of weeks to stimulate weight loss.
Food: B - Fiberone with LF soy milk and veggie sausage patty (300 cals) L - Mexican Soup - a little less than one serving...mmmm so good. (250) D - 1 cucumber soaked in vinegar (100 cals)
Workout - 30 mins on treadmill at 1.5 incline.
