As I look back on my first start of this lifestyle change by reading my first journal it has brought back some rough moments but I would so do it over again. I am not where I want to be but I am closer then I was 5 months ago :) 3 lbs away from my first goal..I have to say that I am proud of myself. Now seeing myself naked doesn't make me happy yet but I am working on that. I did some before and after photo to help me, and yes I notice the difference that way but looking in the mirror I just don't see it. I will get there someday!
My exercise routine during the winter months has me doing a 30 minute work out Monday - Saturday with a weight workout in the evening for 10 minutes taking a break tonight and possibly tomorrow since my arms are so sore. When warmer weather gets here I will be walking again and I need to start running. I think I make it go at it once I get my walking back in...this is something I have to do because I'm not a big runner, never had been but I think it will help me along the way, let's just hope the body enjoys it as well.
Since changing careers two months ago my body has been better with my workouts so running it will be this year!!!!!
