Wow big changes!
I lost a lot of weight
I think my mind started to get into shape with what my heart wants.
My husband and I eat a lot of tofu. A lot of seeds, legumes and nuts, fruit and drink a lot of tea.
I have lost more weight then my husband.
Which is cool bc he usually loses more then me!
I portion sizes have changed dramatically. I think I am getting used to eating this way and I don't craze foods like I used to.
I still do incorporate sugar in my diet but I try to get it from fruit. Instead of drinking a pop. I drink pop maybe once a week maybe less. I drink a lot of water and Tea. And we now only shop at an All Natural Food Store.
We don't eat anything with Preservatives, Low Soduim, Low Fat, No Fake Sugar of any kind!
