Trying out intermittent fasting and hopefully I'll lose some of this stubborn poundage. This is day the on the 16:8 It's not easy at all for me because I usually eat allot for breakfast, I mean one thing after another around 600-800 Cal. I cut back on my office snacking too.

Good luck Brittey!!! You can always cut suppers instead or have earlier suppers. I usually do not do that since supper is family meal around here

It takes some time, but your body will adjust to the fasting. I do not eat between 9pm and 1pm.

you could always work your time frame so that breakfast falls into the 8

I am doing IF today. So I can have breakfast at 10, so a half hour to go.
