2011 was a tough year for me.. I managed to get down to 301 with the help of the 4 hour body diet, but it was not sustainable. I went up to an all time high of 345 in Nov of 2012. Although my life got back on track in 2012 my weight didnt.. I am no grey sheet of OA for now.. No carbs, no alcohol, no sugars or flour products. Day 3, I feel okay..Started at the gym since i got a clean bill of health and feel a new determination to continue in my healhty growth. Keep posted..
