Did not do AM readings today. slept ok , kind of tired not sure what from. feels too usy at work, feeling stressed about it.
finished supper and eating late snack (dark chocolate) while shopping. supper over at 5.45, lamb stew, couple of carrots, onions, garlic, yogurt and CO and a wee square of chocolate(also had chocolate earlier while shopping.) will do reading at 8 pm and again at 10 PM if it is high. 8.20 PM BG is 5.4 @ 2 HR PP, BK is 1.0
