Yess! First day back and I'm not going to lie, it was pretty hard to stay away from all the leftover Christmas treats! Everyday will get easier, I just have to keep that in mind.
139.4 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
