i had to record my new weightloss, even if it was only 0.4lbs. this was a victory considering how much sugar i ate yesterday. however, given how much sugar i did eat, i had a bunch of grapes for dinner while at work yestderday, so maybe that balanced out the cal intake for the day.
however, i'm still behind on this week's goal of hitting 116. i have four days left to get halfway there (because Lord knows I won't be dropping 2.4lbs in four days).
