Hi Y'all!! This morning I made some Keto Mini Donuts. 2 Tbsp cocnut fl., 1Tbsp almond fl., 2 Tbsp gluten fl., 1 tsp stevia, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 tsp salt, & 2 Tbsp full fat sour cream... bake at 375° for 7 min. Has anyone used Vital Gluten before?

It was great, it made the perfect cake donut. I was just wondering if it's OK to use on keto, I don't have gluten sensitivity that I know of.

Yeah it is fine to use as long as you do not see any reaction to it

The recipe originally called for arrowroot powder instead of gluten.
