Happy New Year! Looking forward to a great year... and I know it will be so because of all the great friends here on FS. As I look back over 2012, one of the best things that happened to me was you & this FS website. As upsetting as it was for me to find myself again in the throes of binging, overeating, sugar cravings & weight gains, something good seems to always come from tough times. And that something good, wasn't just good, it was great -- YOU! So, I raise a (water) toast to 2013 & know it'll be a great one as we maneuver our way together through the food/sugar/diet/health maze. May 2013 bring us all peace & understanding as we pray, breathe, log, post, express on this one New Years Day, meal, bite, minute & emotion at a time! xoxox
