Gotta get back on the wagon! Had a 2 month break and of course gained 5 pounds. (Sweets over-indulgence)
Back to logging every calorie again, which always works. I’m actually kind of excited to get things back under control. Overall I lost 30+ pounds last year, and this year I hope to reach my goal weight.
