I'm baaaaack! And, boy have I missed my FS friends! And , do I need you all to get me back on track after too many meals out, parties, etc! Had a wonderful Chistmas & great visits first with a BIL then a SIL & 3 nieces who just left today. I'm so lucky to have married into a wondeful family, & am especially close to 2 of my SILs, 1 of whom was here with her 3 daughters from Thurs until earlier today. As I know I've mentioned already, I lost my sister to cancer almost 30 years ago, so to have 2 SILs who are like sisters to me, is extra special. Miss her & her girls already, but enjoying the last week with my boys home. We have a quiet week ahead for which I am grateful & looking very forward to. Hubby is away Weds - Sat & then both boys fly back to college next Sun. At least, I think both will, but that's another journal as my oldest is struggling academically.
Although I enjoyed the holidays immensely, I strayed from my healthy eating plan too often, so have work to do to get back on track which I've started today. And, will force myself back on the scale soon -- just want to give it a couple more days. Hope all my FS friends are well & have had a wonderful holiday! Will be checking in again regularly now & will be praying, breathing, logging, posting & expressing again starting this one day, meal, moment, bite & emotion at time today & as we welcome in the new year!
