My weight loss has been kind of slow, but I'm eating healthier without stressing too much on the calories. I'm going to focus more on being more active. So I'm gonna take this weight loss nice & slow. :)
To be brutally honest, I don't want to be super pencil-skinny. I just want to be healthy. Seeing some people around me struggle with their weight and starving themselves reminds me why I joined this site to diet the healthy way... I'll just be happy if I reach anywhere near my goal weight, as long as I'm healthier overall. (Not sluggish/lazy)

This is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
-Grilled chicken panini (360 calories)

Lunch/Snack:
2 servings of corn on the cob (119 calories)
1 serving of yogurt raisins (120 calories)

Dinner:
1 serving of rice with egg and lean meat (550 calories ?)
1 string cheese (80 calories)
1 serving of yogurt raisins (120 calories)

TOTAL: 1349 calories
Gonna do a quick cardio workout. The same as usual, just a 1 hr jog, squats, and sit-ups.
