I had all my teeth pulled out on Friday. My dentures will be ready on Monday. I now have to resort to eating all soft foods. For breakfast today I am having 1 cup of cream of wheat for lunch a slim fast smoothie, and for dinner Roasted red pepper soup. With this diet I should lose even faster. lol. I'm already down 15 pounds with 25 to go. My goal weight is 110 pounds. Wish me luck!
