My breakfast ;)
I think the weekend is the hardest time... especially in the evenings when I want to eat something sweet... 🙄 What is the hardest part of the day for you? ..

Evening ! I eat a bit of peanut / nut butter. Helps to trigger satiety feeling and avoid blood sugar spike before bedtime (high insulin before sleep is terrible for weight gain).

I just found some sugar free Maryland cookies in Tesco! 😃 but a little high in salt so if you've any problem with blood pressure only have a couple!

Evening is the most problematic part of the day for me as I could not stop eating... it’s better now since I bought a exercise plan I am more motivated!

School days aren't hard since I have classes pretty much from morning to evening, so it's my days off that are evil... Also days before exams make me wanna stress eat...
