the quantitative analyst in me loves this site. i can track my weight gain and loss and examine how things have changed over seasons, time and health (via the weigh-ins and my journal).
today i realized that i'm the same weight i was around this time last year. go figure. so i feel less bad about how much i weigh now in relative to my goal.
i started low-carb again on Monday and stuck with it fairly well this week. as a result, i lost close to 3lbs. not bad. this morning, i had some kashi with skim milk to pick my energy levels back up. i'll do moderate carbs today and tomorrow, then go back to total low-carb on Sunday. however, my chest pain came back yesterday afternoon which is what happened when i did three days of low-carb last month. i'm seeing my doctor tomorrow and run problem by her.
