Yesterday Dec 18 was total blowout in carbs and calories with too may . Out shopping and work Xmas dinner. Hope my past several days of being diligent are not clown away. Mt hands ache again even though I have bn taking the gluten ease and digest gold frequently. Next few days I will be very strict and have lots of bone broth and gelatin and as few carbs as possible. I could kick myself..thinking it would be okay of course I did not really realize just how many carbs I was eating.
