Urgh. I upped my calories from the 1365 that I was eating to Fatsecret's recommended RDI of 1500 - and promptly put on 5lbs. I think that this is mostly water. I think that I'll drop this 5lbs fast.
I also have a sneaking suspicion that the Atkins bars really aren't working for me at all. I'll give it a few weeks without them. I have an entire box of those damn things that my fiancee bought at Sam's.

Oh Toni that is a bummer, but I am sure you are right and it is water gain. I see you dropping that 5# in no time.
It is wonderful to have thoughtful men in our lives but sometimes their thoughtfulness is a bit misplaced. Maybe you can give them away?

Yea, an extra 100 calories a day wouldn't make you gain 5 pounds. Sounds like water weight. Drink some extra water. Maybe some sodium too.
