Meal 2 of my 16/8 intermittent fast. 3 large eggs, 1/2 ounce milk, 1 ounce Grated Parmesan, 1 ounce shredded mozzarella, scoop and a half of a protein shake, and water. I am really enjoying this eating habit. Feel great today.
