Day 1 of intermittent fasting. I’ll have my first meal at 12, second meal at 3, and dinner around 7. That’s the plan for the day. Let’s see how this goes. It’s all trial and error.

All that matters is that it is something you can do comfortably. Don't worry about tomorrow, just get through today making the best choices you have available.

Most certainly. I may have to do an 14/10 just based on my schedule.

Good luck. I have been on 16/8 for over three months and now my body is completely adjusted. Lunch at 1pm, dinner between 6 and 7pm and a large snack around 9pm. My nighttime eating used to be a problem and put me over my daily calorie allowance. I feel like I am finally finding success with IF
