My first journal entry.🌺 Starting a water fast today. I am on hour 13 and am trying to hit 72 hours with zero food and drinking only distilled water and tea made from distilled water. I love to be experimental with different nutritional information and how it affects me. I'm pretty much starting at point zero in my health right now and feel like I can only get better from here. I'm the heaviest I have ever been in my life, my swelling is out of control and I'm in constant pain in my right knee and lower back. I have PCOS and haven't been to the doctor in years so who knows what else is going on with me. After my fast I'm diving head first into the KETO lifestyle. The results I've seen from other people have been amazing and want some of that quality of health for me. Day 1 😀
