i usually do well during the day, but at night I have trouble controling myself. I will not feel hungry but I just nibble on a bunch of little things. I know that a bite here and a bite there add up to a lot of unwanted calories. I made pop corn lastnight, but I am not satisfied with one thing. I even put cinnamon and splenda on my pop corn, which was pretty tasy! I still wanted more, so I ended up eating some candy and a fudge pop. Oh, I wish I could have ice cream everyday!
