I hit a plateau.. I didn't think it was possible, since I JUST started the diet, but I managed to do so. I've been eating way less than I should, so I've decided to raise my calorie intake to about 1500 each day. No weird binge eating/extreme calorie counting anymore.
It's really strange, because I've absolutely cheated on my diet yesterday and the day before... But I still managed to lose a pound or too. Expected at least 2 lb gain, but I guess not? Gonna get back on track, and start exercising again... Forgot what I ate the last two days.. but let's just say it was quite a lot more than usual, lol.
This is what I ate today: Day 10 (6/30/10):
Breakfast...er.. Lunch (I woke up really late): 1 medium sized bowl of Cinnamon toast crunch [2 1/4 cups] (390 calories)
Snack: Baked Lays Chips [24 chips] (240 calories) 1 box of Sunmaid yogurt raisins (120 calories)
Dinner: 1 serving of crackers cheedar and turkey (350 calories) 1 serving of string cheese (80 calories) 1 serving of peanut butter crackers (190 calories)
TOTAL: 1390 calories.
Didn't exercise today... I'm feeling really sluggish from not exercising the past 2 or 3 days.. :(
