Hallelujah! I'm finally under 200lbs. I've been doing this now since mid-August 2018. 75 pounds gone. 70 or so to go. Over halfway there. I'm really happy. My clothes are hanging off of me (I know this, not because I can feel them, but my mom is complaining.... leave me alone silly woman. I'm not buying new clothes right now...) I have some new medical issues to deal with, but, thankfully, they don't have anything to do with the new kidney. I've been taking a walk every day with the dogs, which isn't really exercise per se, but at least I'm moving around for an hour and a half every day. Things are looking good. I hope you all have a great day.

Look what just 1 lb at a time can accomplish! It doesn't matter how long it takes, just as long as we get there!

Congratulations! Keep up the good work. I agree with Lydium. Walking is considered exercise and a great way to work up to more later.
