Almost lol. It was that darn sausage gravy. I thought it was low carb and boy was I wrong. I’ll find a good recipe for it. Growing up I hated the stuff. Now? I can’t get enough haha

Totally the same!! I didn’t like it unless Gramma made it lol. I only really started liking it about 16 years ago. I focus on a deficit daily because I’m still learning what works for me but coming under weekly is the big one. I’m proud of you and glad you are here with us!! I really enjoy the meditation aspect you bring. I feel that totally.

That’s awesome 😊 I think I will do the chair yoga again. It was unreal how immediately relaxed you become and everything all of a sudden is just stress free. Totally into it. I just posted Thursday about my first experience with it. I would love to hear what you do meditation wise😊

Just discovered I cannot respond, but I did see that post on Thursday. I’m happy you liked it. Really happy about that. As for what I do? Do a little research on Chakra Meditation. Now, you don’t have to know everything about it, because there are guided meditations for us novices. Today is the first day I tried this, and it beat out regular meditation easily. I started with the ten minute meditation that was on YouTube and the way I felt afterward was amazing. I highly recommend trying it. They tell you everything you need to do. Then, when I’m going to bed, in order to keep my mind occupied, I tell myself positive affirmations. So in my head I just repeat an “I am” phrase over and over. “I am happy.” And I fall asleep to that.

Remember that it doesn't have to be all or nothing. Just make the best possible choice when given the opportunity. Whether that means having an apple instead of a donut, or only eating 2 donuts instead of 3, it's YOU taking control of the situation and not allowing the situation to control you.

ConiMN you're spot on. Don't beat yourself up when it won't go as you wanted it to be but just keep on doing your best you'll see results. I've learned that too, it's not about how deep you go, it's about consistency.. Keep it going 👍🏼
