I was really struggling today.

Eating that bread last night had really screwed with my head. My depression won and I ended up going to bed early, and waking up my usual time, only to fall asleep during meditation. My thoughts wandered and I had no control of it. Sadly, I really did lose out to myself.

That didn’t mean to give up my diet. I have had a good, protein packed breakfast, and although I was stressed, I still was pushing through my morning. I was looking for calming music over my Amazon Music app and came across Chakra Music. Now, I’ve always been aware of what this was, but never really put much thought into it.

A ten minute chakra meditation, at my work desk, did wonders. My body feels lighter, I feel happier, I feel cleansed. Tonight I’ll be doing an hour session, so let’s hope I get myself feeling much better.

You will have days like this. And eventually they become few and far between. Tomorrow is a new day to get back on the horse and ride. Every day is a chance to become the man you want to be.

Forgive yourself move on. We all go to dark places once in awhile. Glad you found some music that will help you

It wasn’t so much the music. It was doing the actual guided meditation.

I love guided meditation. There’s one on YouTube that I’ve used a million times to help me sleep, it’s something like “floating in space, a guided sleep meditation” It’s kind of addictive, in a good way! 😊🧘🏻‍♀️

Sad how we beat ourselves up over a slice of bread. Today is a new day.

Today I ate something that when I googled had hardly any carbs and then when I put it on here it shot them up. But lesson learned. I’ll just calculate it all on the app.

Sleep Pillow is a really good app for meditation. The music is not that great, but the sounds are very realistic and you can combine the sounds. They even have chimes, wind, birds, and brain wave sounds. I don't bother with the music part. You can even set a timer for 1 or more minutes.

Sausage gravy. But I ended up finding the nutritional value and thankfully it was less.

Magpiezone, I use insight timer. It hasn’t failed me yet. Right now the chakra meditation is really helping and guided meditation has been amazing. I even did a ten minute session during my 15 minute break here at work.

There is an app called CALM Don’t do meditation but do become overwhelming stressed. Found this stress relieving- no music / just calming sounds that could possibly work while meditating
