Having a lot of sugar cravings. Really hard not to slip back into old TV viewing habits. Want to snack, but diet doesn't allow.

Rainy, rainy day, so can't do my walk. Should have an alternate form of exercise I guess. Need to contemplate that some more. Don't want exercise equipment in the house...
