I’ve reached the hardest part of dieting. I’m stuffed. Breakfast, protein shake, almonds, and lunch at 1. I think I should cut my in between snacks in the morning and push them to later in the day. I feel like a glutton. Then again, it’s been so long since I’ve actually felt full. It is extremely nice to be full and not hungry at the same time.

Cutting down on carbs - especially certain carbs - does help with you feeling fulling. If you replace the carb energy with energy from protein or fat you will likely be fuller longer. If you feel full then skip your snack for sure. Good beginning!!!

I would say. I was hungry until I ate the snack. And I’m drinking green tea before meals while is nice. I’m doing all that I can.

Every day you focus on what you're doing puts you one day closer to meeting your goals. It can be ironic how in the past I imagine you felt hungry all the time compared to now. Awareness is key in information and by recording these recognition's you'll continue to make progress.

I normally eat breakfast late 11:00- 12:00 PM, I don't know about you, but the earlier I start eating the harder is to control my appetite.

I eat between 6 and 8:30 am depending on how far behind I am. I work 9-5:30 and wake up at 5 in the morning for meditation, exercise, and shower. Then breakfast, have the kids up by 6:30, and leave at 7.

Keilin... I agree. If I could just STOP eating at 6:00 or 7:00pm.. I'd do great.

When and how you allocate calories throughout the day depends on your routine. I am always up by 5am. Do my exercise for the day, have a nutrient packed under 200 calories kale, kimchi tjuice drink, pack a desk breakfast , my am snack, lunch and afternoon snack. Many days I dont eat the snacks at work but they are with me if I "need" them at work. When I get home from work what I have for dinner depends on whether I ate the snacks or not. Sometimes I eat them at work because I really do feel hungry. Other days....well I eat them because I realized I came to recognize that even though I never thought of myself as a stress eater I might actually be one ! I used food as a distraction at work in the past and sometimes still do. Many times I dont eat them and the end of the week end up taking them home. It doesnt really matter when you eat.....just make sure you stay within the daily limits whatever diet you are on.
