Hi Fatsecret buddies and friends. I know, of late I've been MIA around here, but with the approaching holidays, and life in general, just like most of you, I've been pretty busy. I've seen a lot of new people, on here, as I've popped in and out, when I can, and though I'd like to offer them some words of encouragement; I have to get a firm foothold on my own battle of the bulge, leading by example, rather than simply giving lip service to how it should be done. I've already claimed the victory, now it's just a matter walking the walk, as I continue to talk the talk. The holidays will be challenging, but I will limit the damage done; and as most do, recommit myself to a plan of success, moving from victory to victory. Have a great week everyone. :-)
