My tummy is FINALLY reducing size! How do I know this? I require a new hole to be punched in my belt so that my trousers will stay up in the 'comfortable' position. At the moment they keep sliding down to below comfortable. This started periodically about a week ago, but has been getting progressively "worse" which means better!
In all honesty, I'm not too concerned with my weight - I'm not a Biggest Loser contestant - I do care about size and bodyfat.
