Went to the nutritionist and told her the truth of my daily diet.
Sweets for breakfast
Ordering out, or Steak and Cheese with fries and salad for lunch
Ordering out, or White Rice, Chicken and Mashed potatoes.

She told me it was good, because it can only get better from here.

Here are the new rules just to start:
-Whole Grain Wheat English Muffins for Breakfast with bananas/Oatmeal/ Cereal with Low fat milk
-Replace butter with Promise or Smart balance butter
-Cut Fried foods
-Cut Soda
-Eat more salads at dinner
-Drink more water,

and start walking

Following her instructions, went from 271 to 258 in a three weeks. Then ran out of money and groceries and had to eat whatever was free, also stopped walking and gained back from 258 to to 265. Thinking about eliminating all junk food from my house and from now on, only purchasing the good stuff.

I do not need a diet, I need a change of life style. Goal is to be fit by 30. Only three years to go.
