Yesterday (or what was yesterday) was still pretty rough. I watched a movie and barely ate/stuck to my usual calorie intake because of a gross movie I watched. (Disturbing movie about fast food= Not good for my sensitive stomach.) It was an indie suspense/action flick that's a lot worse than Supersize Me...
Today (now yesterday) went pretty well, because I was able to work off most of my calories by shopping and doing cardio for most of the day. I like being more active now, because I'm starting to feel better than before! Plus I feel bad about not updating, since I tend to eat over my calorie limit when I don't keep track.

Yesterday, Day 5 (6/24/10):

Breakfast:
1 Ritz Crackerfull (130 calories)

Lunch/Snack:
1 serving of homemade vegetable & beef curry + small baguette (Gonna ball-park it again.. 790 calories?)
1 small snack-sized box of fruit loops (90 calories)
3/4 cup of Ben & Jerry's ice cream ( About 190 calories)

Dinner...or what I tried to eat:
3/4 small cup of chocolate pudding (50 calories)
1 Ritz Crackerfull (130 calories)
8 Ritz Honey Butter Ritz Crackers] (1 calories) (128 calories)

TOTAL: 1508...

No exercise today. Really bad, but at least I tried to control what i ate while I watched the movie.. After the movie was done, well, my stomach couldn't really handle a meal. Wasted a lot of calories on movie snacks. :(

Day 6, (6/25/10):

Breakfast:
1 serving of vegetable lasagna (290 calories)
1 Ritz Crackerfull (130 calories)

Lunch/Snack:
2 cups of watermelon (74 calories)
1 serving of disney sugar/pixi stick type candy (I'm guessing 60 calories?)

Dinner:
1 serving(s) of california roll + spicy tuna roll (420 calories)
1 Ritz Crackerfull (130 calories)
1 cup of watermelon (37 calories)

TOTAL: 1147 (NEW- 741 calories)

Ran a lot today. I've increased the incline on my treadmill and jogged for about 2 miles. I also did some speed walking along with it, sets of jumping jacks, and burned off a total of 400 calories.
