Whew! Made it thru yesterday without too much damage! Incredibly busy day at work, coupled with a farewell potluck for a co~worker. Bad eating abounding!! I did eat a little of each thing, but I did not go back for seconds and I did not eat until I felt sick~ which is pretty darned good for me. What I did eat was alot of carbs~ the things I've been trying to avoid lately~ and it was amazing to me how seriously crappy I felt about 2 hours after lunch. I was sleepy and sluggish..... not at all how I've been feeling since reducing my carb intake. What a great lesson for me to learn! So~ I am of the mindset that I'm one of those folks who really can't handle too many carbs and it's in my best interest to stay far far away from them....(at least it sounds good lol). Went to the gym today and worked pretty hard~ 746 cals total. My trainer is my saviour~ money WELL spent!
