No change today.....Weight has been steady. Although, my appetite has gained momentum over the last few days & causes me to drink more coffee. At least the cup is only 45 Cals, while a small snack is easily 100+. Maybe it’s the “Cold” Weather...haha 😆
New week & we always start with Legs @ the Gym. We all tried to reach MAX Squats, but was a little challenging, especially at 530am!!
