Varying 20/4 IF sometimes 22/2 IF windows. Experiencing off and on hunger but drinking water and coffee to stave off demons. Working hard in gym. Watching tons of IF videos on YouTube to keep motivated and informed. Diet at caloric deficit... Low carb...high fat. Minimal fruit...will have a slice of cheesecake maybe tomorrow. Don't want to post weight...but going down. This is crazy! So cool.
