Weight evaporated yesterday.....it had to be the “Happy Budda” Massage, even though it felt good, my muscles still had pain 2 hours later.
Maybe I need a mild massage vs. intense.

Gym kept us busy for 60 minutes, Large Ropes, Rope Sprints, KB Swings, KB Squats, Stomach Crunches, Pull-ups, Rowing , Hammer Curls, DB Presses, Burpees & Weighted Step-Ups.....WOW, should had taken a picture, too many to remember!!
