Slow jog home, trying to stretch my legs as much as possible. With Ibuprofen, felt euphoric all day. Slight weight loss, finally. Ate eggs for breakfast, beef for lunch, fish, broccoli and yams for dinner as well as some chocolate for snacks. Third day of no alcohol, 4th month of almost zero wheat.
