U can use hand weights.....u don't have to start over when it heals. U can and have to focus mainly on your food and eating for weight loss. Eat smaller meals and fill up on veggies. Re calculate your RDI for being stationary. Don't let ur toe get u down too much. I know it has to be frustrating to not be able to walk. I am so sorry u have to go through that.
