Today I walked for many miles and did an enormous amount of exercise today... well for me, anyway lol. I did some power-walking for about 2.5-3 hrs. I also tried biking, but that failed. Probably worked off some calories though. I'm going to add more exercise to it, and run another mile and a half today just because I totally slipped on my diet. It was really hot out, and I got some icecream... My legs/feet are soo sore, but I'm going to try to push myself..
This is what I ate today:
Day #4, (6/23/10):
Breakfast: 1 Ritz Crackerfull [On the go this morning :(] (130 calories)
Lunch/Snack: 1 small serving of leftover ravioli (250 calories) 1 Ritz Crackerfull (130 calories) 1 small icecream sandwhich [Horrible, but it was HOT out at the beach!] (320 calories) 1 tweety icecream sorbet [Ice cream truck was sooo tempting... especially when exercising in the heat] (90 calories)
Dinner: 6 inch Subway Sandwhich [Light on mayo, lettuce, cucumber, Turkey, Wholewheat Bread] (Gonna ball-park it... 325 calories?) 1 bag of baked Lays chips (120 calories) 2 cups of cantaloupe (120 calories)
TOTAL: 1485 calories (NEW- 1315? Not including powerwalking)
I'm not sure how many calories I've burned by power-walking today, but hopefully I worked out enough today to keep my weight-loss progressive... Jogged a 1 1/2 mile and walked a bit on the treadmill. Burned off 170 calories
