I'm way happier, still not sleeping too well but I don't feel sad all the time any more. That's a start. I think i'm maybe eating better* to, 5 or 600 cals or so rather than 200 or whatever. i can actually focus on things.
Yay for prescription drugs, ha.
*The stuff i'm eating is total rubbish, like today i had a big fat calorie-laden cream based raspberry desert from marks and spencer and that was like 2/3 of my calories or something. The rest of them were mostly my crazy decision to have a chocolate crepe for breakfast. It was gross. Hey at least they bring my cals up a bit. Can't expect a girl to go back to food and get everything balanced right away!
