A weekend of leftover pizza killed me. I didn't make time to log things over the last few days, but if I had, I could have righted the ship before it sank so deep. I think the days of leftover pizza for breakfast have come to an end. What should have simply been one splurge day with my granddaughter became three days of calories well over my goal and 3 pounds to lose all over again.
