Arrrggghhh! Being Fat Sucks! So here I go trying for the millionth time to lose it where it can stay lost and not back on my ass like a wayward penny. Actually started sometime last week at 285+. Have been doing a Atkins or Keto 20gr of Carbs or less daily type of diet with fasting 16:8. So I'm eating between 2p and 10p daily. So far so good I suppose. No I take that back. I WANT CAKE!!! Lol. Not extremely active due to 2 jobs and lack of sleep. But did a short 1/2 hr walk 30 mins. and 10 mins of resistance bands/dancing in the kitchen. Stay tuned.....
