Monkey lunges 115# (40# x 2 + bar)
Shoulder press 35# (17.5# x 2)
Seated shoulder/chest press 40#
(20# x 2)
Machine pull-over sit-ups (no weight added)
55.2 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
