BMR 1650, Kal-in 1800, TDEE 2800. utk mengurangi 1kg perlu 7700kal dlm 1minggu, berarti harus membakar 1100kal/hari. jadi tiap hari harus workout fitness estimasi 110menit kalo mau maksimal ya ?

Setau saya pembakaran kalori itu tergantung jumlah heart rate. Kalo ga salah heart rate di atas 120-130 an dan harus terus dipertahankan di detak segitu. Jd kayanya penting pakai jam tangan yg bisa hitung pembakaran kalori saat kaka olahraga.
