I’ve lost about 30lbs so far but have so much more to go. The program I was using had issues and I need something to keep me accountable. I’m hoping that journaling will also help me figure out some things about myself and my thoughts surrounding weight loss and food.

But look how far you've already gotten! Forget about the finish line, you'll get there eventually. The only thing that matters is the next few steps to get you there. Make them small, make them easy and celebrate every accomplishment. Slow and steady, patient and gentle.
